Impact of Canada Post Strike

Water Toll invoices have been prepared and those who signed for email delivery should have them by now. For those who haven't signed up for email delivery of invoices, we will be hand delivering them on or about Octber 11, 2025.

How to pay your invoice during the strike

By E-Transfer:

E-Transfer is the easiest way to pay your invoice, especially now during the Canada Post strike. Simply send your E-Transfer to:
    payments@kemplakewaterworks.bc.ca
Be sure to include you KLWD account number in the Message field.

By Check:

KLWD has a drop box at the Otter Point fire hall. The drop box is inside the fire hall for security reasons. It is located upstairs – use the entrance around back of the fire hall. The fire hall is usually open Mon – Fri, 8am - 5pm unless the staff have been called out. There is usually someone is there to let you in.
