Canada Post Strike

Meter readings for the October/November period have been completed but as a result of the ongoing Canada Post Strike the Trustees have decided that invoices will be held in the hope that job action will be short term in nature.  If the strike continues into January, we will look at alternative means to deliver invoices. 

Late charges will not be assessed until at least 30 days after you actually receive your invoice for the October/November Toll billing period.

No payment is necessary until you receive your invoice, however if you would like to make a payment on your account, please use only electronic funds transfer (e-transfer) to:   payments@kemplakewaterworks.bc.ca

If you do decide to make a payment, please estimate the amount based on your previous bill or the 2023 October/November invoice.   Our administrator will not be able to respond to hundreds of inquiries asking what amount they should pay.
