The Kemp Lake Waterworks District is located on the west side of Vancouver Island west of Sooke, B.C. The District was established on May 26th, 1953 by Letters Patent under the Water Act of British Columbia.

Canada Post Strike

Update January 1, 2025:  Invoices were mailed out at the end of 2024 and should be received soon

Meter readings for the October/November period have been completed but as a result of the ongoing Canada Post Strike the Trustees have decided that invoices will be held in the hope that job action will be short term in nature.  If the strike continues into January, we will look at alternative means to deliver invoices. 

Late charges will not be assessed until at least 30 days after you actually receive your invoice for the October/November Toll billing period.
