About Us

The Kemp Lake Waterworks District is located on the west side of Vancouver Island west of Sooke, B.C. The District was established on May 26th, 1953 by Letters Patent under the Water Act of British Columbia.

CRD Stage 1 Water Conservation

Water conservation Bylaw in effect from May 1 - September 30

As customers of the CRD, we are required to follow their Stage 1 Watering Schedule from May 1 through September 30, each and every year, unless more stringent water conservation measures are required.   More Details
